The Farm House is the delightful new addition to Low Farm Barns. With spectacular views and a stylishly furnished interior, this beautiful accommodation with all the modern conveniences imaginable, will make any holiday a joy, from start to finish.
As well as incorporating practicality into our stunning holiday homes, we try to make your stay as comfortable as possible so that you can get the most benefit from your break away.
Sitting amongst fields which change colours with the seasons, and surrounded by nature, the Farm House has a practical off road parking area close to the homes main entrance. Through the main entrance hall is an open plan kitchen/dining area, spacious and fully equipped, with an electric hob and double oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. Attached to the kitchen is a tilled utility room with a back door, perfect for wet dogs who need to dry off after a fresh country walk! The dining area opens up to a large enclosed garden with a patio area, completed with garden furniture and brick built BBQ (Charcoal not provided) plus deck chairs available if required.
The main living area is a cosy space with a woodburner (first basket of logs included) perfect for cooler nights as well as a smart TV and DVD. There is a small surcharge of £20 for the use of the sofa bed which can accommodate up to an additional 2 guests.
Overlooking the countryside, the Farm House boasts two lovely twin bedrooms and a larger king-size master bedroom. This larger bedroom has an ensuite with views to envy, and as we adore the surroundings so much we have installed a ‘one-way film’ on both windows in this bathroom so you can really enjoy the fabulous scenery at all times. All rooms are set up with Smart TV.
As well as a shower room downstairs and the ensuite for the master bedroom the Farm House has a separate family bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet.
Drop-off meals and supplies can be arranged on request. Bed linen, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included.
The perfect location for a tranquil holiday near the sea, set on the East Norfolk Coast. Based on the edge of a pretty village, the sea is a short walk away with wide and gently sloping beaches, ideal for picnics and relaxing. Further afield you will find stunning lighthouses and windmills – buildings that make Norfolk so famous. The Norfolk Broads are a short drive along with Great Yarmouth and its Pleasure Beach. With lots of wide open space this quiet corner of Norfolk is a great place to forget your busy life and get some fresh air.
2 dogs by prior arrangement. Dogs are charged at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
Please note that no smoking is allowed inside the property. A £100 security deposit is required, payable to the owner on arrival.
Arrival time 4.30pm and Departure 9.30am. These are to facilitate a 100% confident clean of the properties.

Prices listed are for a 7-night period from 4.30pm on the day of arrival and with checkout being 9.30am on the day of departure.
Short breaks are welcomed at the following rates:
3 nights 70% of the weekly rate
4 nights 80% of the weekly rate
5 nights 90% of the weekly rate
6 night 95% of the weekly rate
Our pricing does include all utilities, linen, towels, and a welcome basket ready for your arrival.
