The Pinrush is a partially semi-detached barn which has been lovingly restored and stylishly furnished to offer beautiful accommodation with all the modern conveniences imaginable. The beautiful flint wall remaining from the original dwelling lends itself perfectly for the feature wall in the lounge.
Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as possible so that you can get the most benefit from your holiday. The Pinrush boasts three well equipped bedrooms; one a king-size with ensuite on the first floor and two twins on the ground floor, all with Smart TV, and a separate high specification family bathroom; with bath, walk in style shower and WC on the ground floor. Additional sleeping space can be set up in the second-floor lounge to accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
The main living area is a lovely open plan space incorporating the Lounge, with wood burner (first basket of logs included), smart TV, DVD and access to patio area, dining space and a very well appointed kitchen. The kitchen comprises large ceramic hob and luxury double oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. On the first floor there is a second lounge with Juliette balcony upon which you can savour the stunning views over the nearby fields and the village church tower.
The accommodation is arranged over two levels. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating, first basket of logs and Wi-Fi included.
Externally the Pinrush has a private enclosed patio area furnished with garden furniture and brick-built BBQ (Charcoal not provided) with private off-road parking for up to 3 cars. Immediately outside the secure garden you will find extensive grassed areas for you to enjoy ball games and a personnel gate with a gravel track leading to the village, dunes and all year round doggy friendly beach.
The perfect location for a relaxing holiday near the sea, set on the East Norfolk Coast. Set on the edge of this pretty seaside village, the sea is a short walk away with wide and gently sloping beaches, ideal for picnics and relaxing. Further afield you will find stunning lighthouses and windmills – buildings that make Norfolk so famous. The Norfolk Broads are a short drive along with Great Yarmouth and its pleasure beach. With lots of wide open space this quiet corner of Norfolk is a great place to forget your busy life and get some fresh air.
2 dogs by prior arrangement. Dogs are charged at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
There is a small surcharge of £20 for the use of the sofa bed which can accommodate up to an additional 2 guests.
Please note that no smoking is allowed inside the property. A £200 security deposit is required.
Arrival time 4.00pm and Departure 9.30am. These are to facilitate a 100% confident clean of the properties.

Prices listed are for a 7-night period from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and with checkout being 9.30am on the day of departure.
Short breaks are welcomed at the following rates:
1-3 nights are priced at 80% of the weekly stay
4 nights are priced at 90% of the weekly stay
5 nights are priced at 95% of the weekly stay
6 nights are charged at a weekly rate
Our pricing does include all utilities, linen, towels, and a welcome basket ready for your arrival.
