The Sedge is a semi detached barn which has been lovingly restored and stylishly furnished to offer beautiful accommodation with all the modern conveniences imaginable. As with the other three properties at Low Farm Sedge remains ever popular with returning guests year after year.
Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as possible so that you can get the most benefit from your holiday. The Sedge boasts two bedrooms; one a spacious king-size, with the most amazing flint brick wall which remains from the original dwelling and one a twin, both with Smart TV, and a separate high specification family bathroom.
The main living area is a lovely open plan space incorporating the Lounge, with smart TV and DVD, dining area and a very well-appointed kitchen. The kitchen comprises electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine.
The living space give direct access to the patio area and fully enclosed garden and front courtyard.
The accommodation is arranged over one level. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi are included.
Externally the Sedge has a private enclosed patio area furnished with garden furniture and brick-built BBQ in the courtyard (Charcoal not provided) with private off-road parking.
The perfect location for a tranquil holiday near the sea, set on the East Norfolk Coast. Based on the edge of a pretty village, the sea is a short walk away with wide and gently sloping beaches, ideal for picnics and relaxing. Further afield you will find stunning lighthouses and windmills – buildings that make Norfolk so famous. The Norfolk Broads are a short drive along with Great Yarmouth and its Pleasure Beach. With lots of wide open space this quiet corner of Norfolk is a great place to forget your busy life and get some fresh air.
2 dogs by prior arrangement. Dogs are charged at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
Please note that no smoking is allowed inside the property. A £200 security deposit is required.
Arrival time 4.00pm and Departure 9.30am. These are to facilitate a 100% confident clean of the properties.

Prices listed are for a 7-night period from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and with checkout being 9.30am on the day of departure.
Short breaks are welcomed at the following rates:
1-3 nights are priced at 80% of the weekly stay
4 nights are priced at 90% of the weekly stay
5 nights are priced at 95% of the weekly stay
6 nights are charged at a weekly rate
Our pricing does include all utilities, linen, towels, and a welcome basket ready for your arrival.
